Tear the Paper Ceiling for Tech Talent

Per Scholas Greater Boston, in partnership with Per Scholas Diverse by Design and Opportunity@Work, invites technology leaders, HR practitioners, tech hiring managers, and DEIB advocates to the newly-opened top-floor of Google Cambridge for an action-packed workshop on skills-based hiring strategies and removing unnecessary college degree requirements in order to recruit diverse tech talent.

This half-day event will convene tech, HR, and DEIB leaders in person to learn practical applications from Opportunity@Work’s Playbook for employers, to hear from business leaders who are actively partnering with Per Scholas and Opportunity@Work to tear the paper ceiling and recruit diverse tech talent, and to network with peer companies with similar goals.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
